Handcrafted in small batches of just 300 bottles, using home-grown sorghum grain and fragrant Fuerte avocado leaf, this floral and bitter liqueur is characterised by anise and mountain herb flavours and a slight sweetness coming from avocado blossom honey.
Serve over ice, or use to replace Aperol for an Aussie-style spritz.
