Tintenbar Distillery is a family affair, born out of a desire to use up and give a longer shelf life to  produce grown on the small, organic certified family farm. What started as experiments (some successful, some not so much) with distilling and fermenting in husband and wife team Rob and Bek’s kitchen became one of the most innovative distilleries in Australia in 2016, alongside co-distiller and founder Greg. Tintenbar Distillery practices regenerative agriculture and the passion for sustainability is a match for Harvest’s. Rob and Bek aim to grow as much as they can on their farm, using their own fresh spring water for part of the distilling process, and working with native and homegrown ingredients. Rob and Dave had a lot of fun crafting our Amaro, which is best enjoyed over ice with lots of loved ones around.
